Serial Number 32499 was reported as inaccurate.

Note: I believe mine is 9 jewel (rather than 11
jewel)-the pallet fork doesn't have pallet end
stones, rather it is all steel. The watch is
engraved as a gift given 10/9/1860, which fits
with expected date based on serial number. The
case is marked AT company-likely Appleton Tracy,
and the watch is marked PSB
