Serial Number 6349973 was reported as inaccurate.

Note: This one is 21 jewels adjusted but not railroad
grade it's pendant set.
Curator Response: Thanks for the report. A pendant-set watch with these features would have been accepted on most American railroads at the time of production.

Serial Number 6349916 was reported as inaccurate.

Note: The watch has 21 jewels and the movement is marked
as such. The total production of 21 jewels is only
2917. The year of manufacturing is 1895. Not 1896.
Curator Response: The remaining Grade 150 runs are marked "21 Jewels." Total production of the 21 Jewel variants far exceeds 2917. What is your primary source your claim that the watch was manufactured in 1895?

Serial Number 6349177 was reported as inaccurate.

Note: The movement is lever set, not pendant set - this
is also a criteria for railroad grade...
Curator Response: Thanks for the report. Elgin Grade 150 is Pendant-Set. Could you upload clear images of the movement and the dial with lever showing? Also, Pendant-set would have been accepted on a variety of railroads around the time this watch was manufacturered (c.1896).
